Fish Pie Mix

Our fish pie mix uses a 30% mix of smoked Haddock, smoked Salmon with the remainder cut from prime white fish. This makes it extremely easy to make fish pies, and a range of other fish dishes with pasta or potatoes. The pie mix can be cooked briefly and gently in an open skillet with a little Olive Oil, butter, water or milk, season with a little cracked pepper and then a basic white or bechemel sauces added and warmed through. Placed in the bottom of a pyrex dish (other glass casserole dishes are available), mix a dab of mustard in then cover with creamed mashed Maris Piper or a mix of mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes and or parsnips, place it in the oven and cook it on high for about 30 minutes.
