Where possible we source as much as we can this from up and down the East coast, Oysters from Essex and Norfolk, Mussels and Shellfish from Essex to Lincolnshire. We have a wonderful cornucopia of seafood along this coast. Buying local not only helps sustain the economy and supports local fishermen but brings you a unique flavour of food that is unequalled anywhere.
