Important Delivery Information

We will deliver products to your door but its really important we know exactly where to find you and where to leave your fish.

When Checking out :- 

1) Please supply a phone number where we can contact you, preferrably a mobile so we can text.

2) An e-mail address is also very helpful to let you know if there is any non urgent problem with your delivery

3) Special instructions are critical. Our products are packed in thermal boxes so they will be fine BUT if we need to leave them early or you are not in, please add any information you can,  such as (Leave in porch / Leave on Doorstep / Leave with neighbour at number 36)

4) If you want to pick up from one of our Vans or Shop or on a specific Date please select the appropriate box when you complete your order.
